This Level 1 class will focus on the foundation and welcomes brand new beginners and those new to the Iyengar method of yoga. Students will practice fundamental asanas and learn the essential actions within standing poses, seated poses, twists, forward extensions, backward extensions, and beginner inversions. My class will focus on healthy backs, and if you have scoliosis or other back issues, I will attend to those in this class.

This is a hybrid class: it is available both in-person and online via live-stream. If you would like to attend via live-stream, please let me know ahead of time, at least 30 minutes before class starts.

Class meets on Thursdays, 5:45-7:00pm MST. Please text or call me for the door code to the building.

This is a live, interactive virtual class to take from home! For students with scoliosis. The focus is on extension and working with issues affecting people with scoliosis such as balance, proprioception, strength and reducing compensatory patterns.
