Join me for a 90-minute all-levels Iyengar Yoga class. I bring my personal journey with scoliosis and a decade of practice and experience in Iyengar Yoga to guide you on a path of self-discovery.

This yoga class is based upon the Iyengar method of yoga in which we focus on anatomy and structure and use a variety of props to assist. I’ll shine a light on back care and the intricate challenges of scoliosis. The class focuses on nurturing your spine, cultivating strength, and gently unraveling the twists that often accompany scoliosis. My approach emphasizes the union of mind and body, aligning with the true essence of yoga.

My class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners.

The class is 90 minutes long. I will guide you through a sequence of strong poses in a gentle manner. I seek to offer a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your body's potential.

The studio at Living Yoga provides a serene and focused environment where you can fully engage with the asanas (poses). There is no background music, allowing you to immerse yourself in the practice and my guidance. All necessary props are provided including mats, bricks, straps, blankets, bolsters, and even a rope wall.
